All ready made orders ship within 2-4 business days with your preferred shipping choice. If you don’t see your needs, please message me and we can discuss your options.

All custom orders require special time to create and require special shipping allowances that will be noted with each placed order.

International buyers are responsible for any custom or duty fees that may apply. Seller is not responsible for any delays due to the international customs process.

It is my honor and privilege to provide you with quality workmanship on every piece you buy. Please remember that your jewelry is handmade, which means human made. The character and charm of each piece is right from my heart. There is thought, meaning and love prayed into each step. Think of any ‘imperfections’ or ‘flaws’ as the makings of my heart in life form. You will not find any ‘perfect’ or ‘unflawed’ pieces here. The pieces you choose are crafted with brave love from my heart to yours. If for any reason that does not live up to that standard I will refund your purchase price.

Due the specialized nature of custom orders I do not accept returns on these items.

Please contact me right away if you have any issue with your order, it is my wish that you be completely satisfied with your new piece of jewelry. I handle returns on a case by case basis and if we decide that a return is needed all items must be returned within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returning the item in its original condition.

Caring for your jewelry-

Please remember that while your jewelry is crafted to last a lifetime it does require gentle care by you to insure that it does. Remove before swimming, doing dishes, heavy lifting, sports, cleaning or any other activities that could damage your jewelry.

Soft cleaning and polish cloths are the best way to keep your jewelry beautiful. Also keeping it in a airtight bag can help keep it from tarnishing. A natural patina will occur with sterling silver jewelry over time and this only adds beauty and life to your piece but a quick wipe with a polishing cloth can brighten your piece again if desired.

Mala care-

Your mala is handcrafted with the best quality material but they are still delicate and should be handled with care. Please allow your mala to rest when not in use. Store flat in the box or bag included. Avoid water and activities which can damage it, this includes sleeping with it on. Unless your mala was specifically made for your wrist, please do not wrap it as it will compromise the life of your mala.

A mala care card is included with your mala with details on how to improve your enjoyment and blessings with it.
